MyriadApp exposes an on-demand control center to help you manage and view reports, key performance indicators, and dashboards. These different yet complementary analytical views enable real-time situation evaluation of your enterprise. The control center receives information to help your people quickly make decision to continue or rectify some of your operations. This is critical to insure range of objectives are steadily met.

Reports Management

With the MyriadApp report center you can generate simple to complex statistical reports. For example, your can view simple list of accounts, people, product, assets, incidents, etc. You can also view more elaborate reports for service desk weekly calls per period, per agents, etc. Each type of report has a list of well-defined search criteria (i.e. by statuses, dates, responsible, etc.) for high quality report output.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management

MyriadApp offers a web application to help you define two types of KPI. KPI generated directly for the MyriadApp processes and database and KPI generated by any other administrative and operational internal systems you want to track from the MyriadApp KPI control center.

For example, you can define KPI for sales per regions, client and employee level of satisfaction, etc. These are directly calculated from the MyriadApp database. You can also define KPI external to the scope of the MyriadApp database. We provide an easy to use web form to help your people manually enter KPI periodic data into the MyriadApp database or import it from an XML document.

Dashboard Management

MyriadApp enables you to regroup related KPI (organization, client, finance, operation) under dashboard strategic views adapted for different management levels (executive, manager, supervisor, employee) of your enterprise. Dashboards are very useful to help your people have a quick and efficient look at your business process states to distinguish negative trends. From well-formed dashboards, managers can quickly take steps to rectify declining situations to your enterprise advantage.
