Security Management

Your administrator can add and manage MyriadApp users and user groups, associate users to groups and set access rights on application resources. Access to application resources can be secured at different levels including; process, application, application tab, application field, application action, and even application record level. This high flexibility enables your MyriadApp administrator to precisely set resources access rights with regard to employee roles and responsibilities in your enterprise.

Your Enterprise Account Configuration

Your administrator must configure your enterprise MyriadApp account base information for your applications to use when they need it. For example, MyriadApp applications may require your logo for reporting, your tax numbers for invoices, your leave rules to manage employee holidays and sick leave banks, etc.

MyriadApp Configuration

With "My MyriadApp" web application, system administrator can personalize several basic elements of MyriadApp processes and applications for each user role and even for some specific users.

Data Configuration Management

Administrator may redefine some application pick list values. For example, account types and statuses, people departments, incident types and priorities, etc. All together, MyriadApp uses more than 80 application pick lists, which may be redefined to closely match your enterprise needs.

You can also manage employee job positions, international tax rules for your products and services, expense items, etc.
